mgmtOS comes to ADE.

We’re building an operating system for the music business. That means getting close to the people who run it: how they make decisions, how they share information, and how a good idea becomes something the whole team can act on.

You learn a lot by building. You learn something different by sitting across from someone and asking how their day actually works. The report they still put together by hand. The conversation that never reached the right person. The small detail that held up a much bigger decision.

That’s why we’re coming to ADE. To listen, make introductions and start relationships we can keep building long after the week is over.

For a few days, people who usually work across countries and time zones find themselves a few streets apart. Amsterdam Dance Event brings together a conference, a citywide festival and programmes for emerging talent. ADE Pro makes room for the business behind electronic music, with talks, meetings and sessions connecting music professionals and technology companies.

For a label, a conversation can become a new artist relationship, a campaign partner or a different way of working. For a young company like ours, it can change the question we thought we needed to answer. We want to be there for those exchanges.

Events give artists a room to play to, teams a moment to come together and strangers something in common. Behind each night are promoters, crews, venues and a long list of decisions most of the room will never see.

Supporting INTERPLAY AFTERGLOW is our first step in showing up for that work. On Friday, October 23, that brings us to Bar Bacan: a night of music, familiar faces and people we haven’t met yet.
