Keep the record connected
Release information becomes harder to trust when each person maintains a separate copy. A shared catalog gives artist relationships, recording details, dates and responsibilities a common home. Views should help people choose what to look at without creating another catalog to reconcile.
Let the question choose the view
Use a list to scan and compare, a board to understand stages and a calendar to think about timing. The point is not to use every view. Pick the one that answers the question in front of you, then keep the underlying information connected.
A view is not a permission
Choosing which fields to display is different from deciding who may access a record. Team access needs its own explicit boundaries. A personal view should never imply that hidden columns or records have become private.
Try it with a familiar release
The Labels page uses clearly illustrative releases so you can explore different roles and layouts. In a personal demo, bring the questions your own team asks and use them to decide whether the workflow fits.
