How we work.

Six principles we use when we build mgmtOS.

Six principles.

Working principles

  1. Start with the person.

Understand the situation before proposing a fix. Most useful features started as a question from someone doing the work.

  2. Make the next step clear.

Write down the decision, the reason and who owns what happens next, so the next person can act without asking.

  3. Show the work.

Use a prototype, an example or evidence from the product to move a discussion forward. Make assumptions visible.

  4. Disagree out loud.

Say why you disagree and listen to the answer. Decisions get better that way.

  5. Check that it helped.

After release, look at feedback, errors and real use. Shipping is not the end of the task.

  6. Care about the details.

The wording, the interaction and the error state all matter. Someone has to live with them every day.

The practical part.

The principles are how we try to work. Role scope, pay and working arrangements we discuss with you directly.

Every role is remote worldwide and full-time. Ask what matters to you, and we will discuss it before you make a commitment.
